About Christ Ambassadors Ministries International

Christ Ambassadors Ministries International is a nondenominational ministry with a global vision and a local heart. Founded and led by Bishop Ani Jacob, who serves as Presiding Bishop alongside his wife Pastor Gwendolyn Jacob, our mandate is to represent Christ through the undiluted Word of God and through practical acts of compassion.

Our Ministry Locations  

•  Jonesboro, Arkansas, USA: Christ Ambassadors Ministries International serves as our U.S. headquarters, committed to being the hands and feet of Jesus in our city.

•  Uyo, Nigeria, West Africa: House of Ambassadors Chapel International (HOACI) is our international branch, extending the same heart for God and people across continents.

What We Believe & Do  

We believe the church is called to be more than a building. We are called to meet real needs with the love of Christ. Across both locations, our outreach focuses on three core areas:

•  Feeding Programs: Providing meals to individuals and families facing food insecurity in our communities.

•  Education Support: Equipping children with backpacks and school supplies each year, and awarding scholarships to children from less privileged families to remove barriers to education.

•  Empowering the Vulnerable: Financially empowering widows and supporting those in need with dignity and practical help.

Our Leadership  

Bishop Ani Jacob is the founder and Presiding Bishop of Christ Ambassadors Ministries International in the USA and House of Ambassadors Chapel International in Uyo, Nigeria. He is happily married to Pastor Gwendolyn Jacob, and together they lead with a passion to see lives transformed by the Word and the love of God.

At Christ Ambassadors Ministries International, faith is demonstrated through action. Whether in Jonesboro or Uyo, we are one family on mission: preaching truth, serving communities, and raising ambassadors for His Kingdom.
